CURRENT CERTIFICATION STATUS

Most carriers are now certifying Vendors, which means when we certify with the carrier, all of our clients are automatically certified when using the certified product. Check back often as this list will change greatly over the next 6 months.

HGSA – PA Medicare

837 – ECS – currently capable (ZyWin approved)

835 – APS File – Testing certification should be completed by 3/1/03.

278 – Referral – n/a

276/277 –Claim Status - testing 07/03

270/271 - Eligibility - per carrier, production date unknown, testing 07/03.

Empire – NJ Medicare

837 – ECS – currently capable (ZyWin approved)

835 – APS File – Testing completed by 3/03.

Trailblazer – DE/MD/DC/TX/VA Medicare

837 – ECS – ZyWin certification completed. Approved for production.

835 – APS File – Testing completed.

WebMD/Envoy – Commercial

837 – ECS – Certified by 4/03.

835 – APS File – This will be accessed based upon demand from our clients. WebMD will be charging for this service on a ‘per claim’ basis. More information will be forthcoming as WebMD has not completed compiling a list of the supported companies or costs.

Highmark – PA Blue Shield

837 – ECS – Certified.

835 – APS File – Completed 4/03.

278 – Referral – Testing scheduled for August 2003

276/277 –Claim Status - Testing scheduled for July 2003

270/271 - Eligibility – Testing scheduled for August 2003.
