Other companies are submitted via WebMD Envoy Clearinghouse. There are over 600 insurance companies that participate in the program, which means NO PER CLAIM CHARGES! Non-participating companies can also be submitted for a nominal per claim charge.

Automated Posting System

Free staff from posting drudgeries and make the most of their time to process and collect claims! A companion to ECS, ZyWin Automated Posting System (APS) is used to electronically retrieve and post explanation of benefits from insurance carriers. APS, a proven product since 1991, is used by over 90% of ZyWin practices. APS produces efficiencies that easily justify the cost of the entire system. 

Electronic Referrals, Claim Status, Eligibility, …

Send and receive information on-line for many carriers. Primary Care Providers can submit referrals electronically – eliminating the need to complete paper referrals. For Specialists, electronic referral information automatically imports into the ZyWin system saving data entry work and typos, ready to be used for Appointment and Service entry, eliminating the paper referral search. This is a real time $aver. A host of claim and eligibility inquiries can also be made – most via the Internet.

Electronic Patient Billing and Recall notices.

Let your staff concentrate on collecting money! Relieve them of the tedious and time consuming duty of printing, stuffing, stamping and mailing patient bills and recalls by utilizing the services provided by ExpressBill. Patient bills and recalls are sent electronically to ExpressBill via their software or through the Internet. The cost is around 55¢, depending on options selected. This includes envelopes, printing, stuffing and mailing costs. And, they will complete the mailing within 24 hours of receiving the file. Without labor, (just hard costs) it currently costs you about 49-51 cents per patient bill! That’s about a nickel to send out each bill!

PAM 2000 - Patient Appointment Messages

If you call your patients now to verify appointments or recalls, this is a MUST. If you don’t, but should, this is a great way to get started. Real voice (not synthesized) messages are used to call patients from files exported from the ZyWin Appointment Calendar and the Recall System. After calls are made, a call status update is performed back to ZyWin. Reports can be generated from either system. This saves staff time calling patients and decreases no-shows. PAM can call about 45-50 patients per hour. Connection to ZyWin is via network or disk. PAM is also bi-lingual with Spanish as an option.
